Availability

Within the detail page of each product you will always find indicated if the item is available and the information on the expected delivery date (which may vary according to the payment method chosen).
The levels of availability of a product are:

  • Available: The product can be ordered immediately and you will receive it in the indicated shipping times or you can pick it up at one of our pickup points chosen by you.
  • Incoming: They are produced in preview or that are finished and must arrive. You can still order it, the shipment will be carried out as soon as the product arrives in stock.

Delivery time and type

On each sheet of a product you can find the delivery time provided.
The delivery times indicated refer to purchases with advance payment through Credit card, PostePay, PayPal, Mark. To know more about payment methods click here

Different payment methods such as Early transfer can change the delivery time as the order will be placed in management only when we receive confirmation of the accreditation in the bank. The delivery date will therefore be subject to the availability of the product at the time we have received confirmation of the payment.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on the weight and volume of the package. Except for the most voluminous products you can group more items in a single shipment going to save on the final price of the shipment, in any case the site will calculate everything automatically.

N.B. in case of choice of shipment with payment in cash, will be added 3,90€ at the cost of normal shipping costs.

In the event that the carrier has been chosen by you outside of those proposed during purchase, the risk of damage and loss of the Products is transferred to you already at the time of delivery to the carrier itself, precluding any dispute regarding the external characteristics of the delivered. In this case, any dispute must be made directly by you against the carrier.
