Why choose Fuzion HID Xenon
Choosing Fuzion HID Xenon means relying on a specialised company that does not simply offer generic kits, but selected, tested and continuously updated solutions designed for more light, reliability and real compatibility with modern vehicles.
The Fuzion Xenon department is based on automotive lighting experience and a technical, craft-based approach: beam performance, ballast stability, bulb quality, AMP connectors, Canbus management and long-term durability are carefully considered.
In a market where many products look similar, Fuzion focuses on selected components, quality control, research and continuous updates in Italy. This allows more targeted solutions than standardised kits, with real support before and after purchase.
not only more light, but guided choice, more carefully selected products, real assistance and a Xenon range built for cars, motorcycles and 24V vehicles.

Fuzion is a practically unique reality in the European HID Xenon market: while the sector is increasingly based on standardised products, Fuzion keeps a technical, craft-based and specialised approach.
Fuzion Xenon lines
- High Quality: balanced light, reliability and good value.
- Professional Pro: a more advanced line with Italian research, selected components, higher build care and, where stated on the product page, lifetime warranty.
Digital, Canbus and Slim
Digital ballasts power HID Xenon bulbs correctly. Canbus is recommended for vehicles with electronic light checks. Slim means compact ballasts for limited space behind the headlight.
35W or 55W?
35W is the most balanced option and closer to many factory Xenon parameters, with about 3,200/3,500 lumens. 55W is for maximum light and depth, reaching about 5,000/5,500 lumens. Values vary depending on bulb, ballast, colour and headlight.
HID Xenon works more efficiently than traditional halogen. As an indication, a 55W Xenon kit can produce around 15/20% less heat than a traditional halogen bulb, while a 35W Xenon kit can reach up to around 40% less heat. 55W is not a heat-related problematic choice: it is simply the brighter and more powerful version.
| Version | Recommended for | Approx. lumens | Heat vs halogen |
| 35W | Daily use, balance, close to OEM Xenon | about 3,200/3,500 | up to about -40% |
| 55W | Maximum light, deeper beam, dark roads | about 5,000/5,500 | about -15/20% |
Replacement Xenon bulbs with AMP connectors
This guide also applies to replacement Xenon bulbs. Always check bulb base, AMP connector, kit power, colour and compatibility with the ballast.
Available colours
- 4300K: close to OEM, excellent in difficult conditions.
- 5000K: natural and balanced white.
- 6000K: modern cool white.
- 8000K: colder bluish effect, mainly aesthetic.
Compatibility and road use
Compatibility depends on bulb type, headlight, space, Canbus checks, adapters and installation. Road use must comply with local regulations.
this guide is for technical product choice. Final compatibility and road use depend on vehicle, installation and applicable regulations.
Fuzion HID Xenon FAQ
Why choose Fuzion instead of a generic Xenon kit?
Because Fuzion uses a technical and specialised approach: selected components, testing, continuous updates, compatibility attention and real product-choice support.
What makes the Fuzion Xenon department different?
Italian experience, European quality, selected components and a craft-based approach focused on stable, bright and suitable solutions.
Does this guide also apply to replacement bulbs?
Yes. It helps with complete kits and replacement bulbs, checking base, AMP connector, power and colour.
Is 35W or 55W better?
35W is more balanced. 55W provides more light and depth. Both are more efficient than halogen: 35W up to about 40% less heat and 55W about 15/20% less heat.
Does a 55W Xenon kit get hotter than halogen?
No. A 55W Xenon kit can produce around 15/20% less heat than traditional halogen. It is a brighter solution, not a heat problem.
Can a 55W Xenon kit damage the headlight?
If correctly selected and installed, 55W should not be considered a heat-related problem. The product must match the headlight and vehicle setup.
When is Canbus needed?
When the vehicle electronically checks the lights and may show warnings, flickering or shutdowns.
Are Slim ballasts less powerful?
No. Slim mainly means compact. Power depends on the selected model, such as 35W or 55W.
Can I fit replacement bulbs on an existing Xenon kit?
Yes, but check bulb base, AMP connector, kit power, colour and ballast compatibility.
Can I mix 35W bulbs and 55W ballasts?
It is recommended to use bulbs and ballasts with the same power to preserve performance and stability.
Should I replace one Xenon bulb or both?
Replacing both is recommended whenever possible to keep colour and light output even.
Which colour is best for visibility?
4300K and 5000K are more functional, 6000K is modern white, 8000K is mainly aesthetic.
What should I check before buying?
Bulb base, headlight type, available space, electronic checks, power, colour, Canbus need and vehicle compatibility.
