Guide LED Fuzion Car Motorcycle and 24V Bulbs

Complete guide to Fuzion LED bulbs for cars, motorcycles, trucks and 24V vehicles

TECHNICAL MANUAL To choose correctly FUZION LED bulbs based on vehicle, attack, lighthouse, space, voltage, CANBUS electronics and desired light result.

Switching from a halogen lamp to a LED does not only mean getting a more white light. To work well, a LED light bulb must comply with headlight geometry, focal point, dissipation, power supply and electronic controls of the vehicle.

The fundamental rule:
there is no perfect universal lamp for each vehicle. For this fifter it offers different lines, dedicated accessories and real assistance before and after the purchase.

Rapid index

1. The Fuzion LED lines

High quality

It is the most accessible line in the range, designed for those who want a reliable LED upgrade with a good cost, yield and support ratio.

EasyPro 1: 1

It is the line dedicated to those who want a simple and clean assembly. The size similar to the original lamps help, where the vehicle allows it, to avoid changes to caps, headlights or interior spaces. It is particularly suitable for those looking for a real plug and play.

Matrix

It is the most advanced fuition line for those looking for greater power, depth, robustness and electronic compatibility. It is recommended on the most sensitive vehicles, on many modern applications and above all on 24V trucks and systems.

Need Recommended line
Convenient upgrade High quality
Similar dimensions to the original Easypro
Maximum yield and compatibility Matrix

2. Focal point: the true heart of the bright yield

The lighthouse is designed to receive the light source in a precise position. If the LED chips do not reproduce the position of the original filament correctly, the light can be diffused, short or irregular.

A good LED bulb must therefore work at the right point, do not invent extreme forms. Quality is measured in the useful light on the road, in the depth and control of the beam, not only in the number of declared lumens.

FUNZIONE philosophy:
the lamp must comply with the geometry of the lighthouse and work as much as possible as the original, but with greater bright yield.

3. Parable headlights and lenticular headlights

Parable

It requires a well-positioned source and screen, because each geometry error can disperse light and create glare.

Lenticular

Use a lens and often an internal shield. Here too the focal point is fundamental to obtain depth, cut and uniformity.

The Fuzion LED bulbs are selected to operate on a parable or lenticular when the chosen model is compatible with attack, space and configuration of the lighthouse.

4. Real lumens and rendered on the road

Extremely high values declared online do not automatically guarantee a good light. Count quality of chips, real feeding, dissipation, geometry, lighthouse and tension.

FuZion prefers realistic and consistent data with the product. A lamp that keeps the correct beam and works in temperature often offers a better result than a solution that promises huge numbers but disperses the light.

5. CANBUS and electronic compatibility

"CANBUS" indicates the system capacity to work better with vehicle light controls. It does not automatically mean absolute compatibility.

The need for more advanced management does not only depend on the year. Some less recent cars can be more sensitive than new models. The vehicle can control absorption, diagnostic pulses, PWM, burnt lamp or automatic switch-off.

Possible anomalies

  • spy on the picture;
  • lamp flashing turned off;
  • flicker;
  • shutdown after a few seconds;
  • a lamp that does not start;
  • radio disturbances;
  • different operation to the engine on.

Matrix offers the highest compatibility level in the range. EasyPro favors simplicity and compactness. When necessary, FIZION has filters, resistance, condensers, relays and specific accessories.

6. dissipation, fan and duration

The LEDs produce less heat on the beam with respect to many traditional lamps, but the electronics and chips must still correctly dissipate the temperature.

Fan, body drawing and space in the lighthouse must work without obstructions. A more powerful but suffocated lamp inside a cap too small can reduce performance and durability.

Important controls

  • space behind the lamp;
  • properly closed cap;
  • free fan;
  • absence of cables against moving parts;
  • dry lighthouse and without infiltration;
  • well locked and oriented lamp.

7. Color temperatures

Most fuition lines use a shade around 6000K, white and modern. A higher color temperature does not automatically mean more useful light. For real visibility they count beam, intensity and distribution.

8. LEDs for trucks and 24V vehicles

On heavy vehicles the reliability is a priority. Trucks, buses and work vehicles use lights many hours, work with vibrations and can have complex electronics.

For this fume recommendment mainly Matrix on 24V applications: greater robustness, evolved electronic management and compatibility that best suited professional use.

On 24V it is not sudden:
a 12V lamp should not be used on 24V. It is necessary to choose exclusively declared products compatible with the vehicle system.

9. Fuition logo, marking and traceability

The Fuzion LED bulbs report logo and, where provided for the specific line, marking E13 directly on the product. This helps to distinguish an identifiable and traceable lamp from an anonymous component.

Marking and features must always be verified in the single product sheet. The presence of a marking on the component does not replace the verification of the intended use and rules applicable to the vehicle and the country.

10. Correct installation

  1. Check the original attack.
  2. Check space and lighthouse cap.
  3. Mount the lamp in the correct direction.
  4. Lock perfectly ring or adapter.
  5. Leave the dissipation free.
  6. Try both lamps before closing.
  7. Check lights and powered motor behavior.
  8. Check and adjust the light beam.

11. Common errors

  1. Choose only according to lumens.
  2. Ignore the focal point.
  3. Mount the lamp rotated badly.
  4. Force a non-fit ring.
  5. Close the fan against the cap.
  6. Assume that CANBUS eliminates any error.
  7. Add resistances without diagnosis.
  8. Use 12V products on 24V systems.
  9. Do not adjust the lighthouse after assembly.
  10. Confuse light white light and really useful light.

12. Real powers, declared components and compatibility explained

Fuzion Complish transparently Powers, Lumens, LED components, electronics, canbus management, dissipation, markings and real compatibility of your bulbs. We do it because we understand what we develop, select and assemble: we do not limit ourselves to choosing a catalog product, but we evaluate chip, focal point, drivers, dimensions, dissipation, rendered on parabola and lenticular and behavior on different vehicles.

For this reason we do not swell Lumen, Watts or trade names only to attract attention. A LED bulb should be evaluated for really useful light on the road, for the control of the beam, for electronic stability and for reliability over time, not only for the highest number written on the package.

We prefer to clearly explain which line is most suitable between high quality, EasyPro and Matrix, which advantages offers and which limits can have. We could lose some sale today than those who promise absolute compatibility or out-of-scale powers, but we are convinced that the customer will remember who properly explained the product and will return when the excessive promises of other articles will not be confirmed by real use.

For Fuzion, sell well means creating correct expectations, respect the customer and maintain what is declared over time.

13. Fuition assistance: you are not left alone

Installing a LED kit means modifying the original vehicle lighting system and it is not possible to predict each electronic reaction. Even after many successful installations, a single car, motorcycle or half 24V can react differently for control unit, software, wiring, light control, space or configuration of the lighthouse.

The private customer does not normally have filters, resistance, adapters, tools or alternative products present in a workshop. For this fume check guide, offers targeted accessories, changes the LED solution when necessary and offers free return within 60 days according to the planned conditions.

Acquisto protetto Fuzion:
if the LED lamp does not work as expected, we analyze the symptom, we provide useful accessories and, when it is needed, we propose a more suitable line instead of leaving the customer only.

14. Compatibility and regulations

Technical compatibility and road use authorization are not the same thing. Attack, lighthouse, vehicle, beam, installation, marking and regulatory of the country must be verified.
