Acceptance of general sales conditions

The general sales conditions concerning the qualifiable "consumer" customer, will apply only to the natural person who, pursuant to art. 3 of Legislative Decree. no. 206 of 8/10/2005 SS mm, "acts for foreign objects to the business, commercial, artisanal or professional activity eventually carried out". Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in writing, or by fax, or via the Internet (online). Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and 24-month warranty for conformity defects. To take advantage of the warranty, the customer must keep the purchase document as it must be exhibited in the event of a request for assistance.

Payments
Payment can take place in the following ways:

Payment with credit cards

Payment with paypal or credit card

If you have a PayPal account, just log in with your PayPal credentials to confirm payment. We will never be aware of your credentials. In case of cancellation of the order the refund will be carried out directly on your PayPal account.
We will not be responsible for any delays and / or damage caused in cases of reimbursement caused by PayPal services

Payment by Postepay

Payment by bank transfer in advance
In case of payment by advance transfer, payment must be made within 1 working day from the order confirmation. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is only available for shipments in Italy.

Billing

Availability of products
In the product catalog published on the Fuzion.it website as access and the possibility of forwarding online orders, modify product availability in real time, we do not guarantee the certainty of the immediate availability of the ordered goods. If this fact should be verified, we will be contacted and we will inform you of the waiting times. In this case you can decide whether to escape the order even partially, if you wait for the arrival of the item not available or if you cancel the order. Technical information

Risk and property

Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on our site, as all distance purchases by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree n.185 of 22 May 1999 and subsequent amendments, which provides for the possibility by the consumer to exercise The right of withdrawal.
