This information describes how fume collects, uses, preserves and protects the personal data of users who visit the site, create an account, make an order, require assistance or use available services.
Fuzion only treats the data necessary to provide the requested services, manage orders, fulfill the legal obligations and improve the customer experience.

2. Personal data processed
Based on the service used, FuZion can handle:
- identifying and contact data, such as name, surname, address, telephone and e-mail;
- billing and tax data, including company name, VAT number, tax code, PEC or recipient code when supplied;
- data relating to the customer account and access credentials;
- data relating to orders, products purchased, payments, shipments, returns and guarantees;
- communications sent by e-mail, telephone, whatsapp, contact or assistance modules;
- photos, videos and technical information possibly sent for assistance, compatibility, returns or guarantee;
- data relating to reviews, comments or other content published voluntarily by the customer;
- navigation data, IP address, technical identifiers, logs, browsers, device, visited pages and tracking tools;
- preferences related to newsletter, marketing and cookies, when applicable.

4. Necessary and optional data
The data marked as mandatory are necessary to create the account, conclude the order, carry out delivery, issue tax documents or provide assistance. Failure to confer can prevent the correct delivery of the service.
Optional data can be omitted without affecting the essential functions of the site, unless they are necessary for a specific customer request.
5. Payments
Payments can be managed by credit and debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Satispay, Bank Transfer, Postepay Evolution and Cash on delivery, according to the options shown during the Checkout.
The complete data of the cards and payment credentials are processed directly by the respective payment service providers. Fuzion normally receives only the information necessary to confirm the outcome of the transaction, manage the order, make a refund or prevent anomalies and fraud.
The individual managers operate according to their privacy information and can deal with identification, technical, financial and anti-fraud data necessary for the transaction.
6. Shipping and deliveries
To prepare and deliver orders, the strictly necessary data can be communicated to couriers, postal services, logistics platforms and partners responsible for delivery, tracking, insurance or management of any anomalies.
Among the normally used vectors can return GLS, UPS, BRT, Poste Italiane / SDA and other selected partners based on the destination.
7. Assistance, whatsapp and communications
When the customer contacts fifters via e-mail, telephone, whatsapp or site modules, name, telephone number can be treated, mailing, message content, attachments, photos, videos, order data and technical information useful for the request.
Conversations can be stored for the time necessary to manage assistance, warranty, returns, complaints, security and continuity of the service.
8. Customer Account, Orders, Returns and Guarantees
Account data and orders are used to allow the customer to consult purchases, documents, shipments, withdrawal requests, returns and warranty practices.
To verify a technical fuition problem may require guided tests, photographs, videos, vehicle data or other relevant information. These data are used exclusively to assess the request, provide assistance and protect the parties.
9. Newsletters and commercial communications
When the customer provides consent, Fuzion can send newsletters, offers, news and promotional communications. Consent can be revoked at any time through the link in communications or by contacting Fuzion.
The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the treatments made before the revocation.
10. Customer reviews and content
The reviews and content sent voluntarily can be published on the site or used to present real experiences of customers. Before publication they can be moderated to remove unpertinent data, illegal content or excessive personal information.
11. Cookies and tracking tools
The site uses technical cookies necessary for operation and can use, subject to consent when requested, cookies or third-party tools for statistics, advertising, conversion measurement, customization and content integration.
Among the tools that can be present are Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Services, Pixels, Google Fonts and Communication Widgets or Assistance.
Preferences can be managed via the cookie banner and subsequently changed through the appropriate command available on the site. The unnecessary tools are activated only according to the choices expressed by the user, when expected.
12. Platform, Hosting and Security
The site uses PrestaShop and technical services of hosting, maintenance, security, backups, e-mail and IT management. These suppliers can handle data exclusively to the extent necessary to provide the service.
FUCtion adopts adequate technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, modification, disclosure or data destruction.
13. Data recipients
The data can be processed by authorized personnel and communicated, within the necessary limits, to:
- iT suppliers, hosting, maintenance and safety;
- payment and anti-fraud service providers;
- couriers, postal services and logistics partners;
- accountants, consultants, legal and insurance;
- suppliers of newsletter, analytics, advertising, reviews and assistance;
- public authorities when provided for by law or legitimate order.
The updated list of treatment managers can be requested from the owner.
14. Transfers to countries Extra See
Some technological suppliers can also deal with data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or other guarantees provided for by the applicable legislation.
15. Periods of conservation
The data is stored for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, subsequently, to fulfill the legal obligations or protect the rights of the parties.
- contractual, accounting and fiscal data: for periods provided for by the applicable legislation;
- account data and orders: for the duration of the report and for the time necessary to manage guarantees, returns, assistance and legal obligations;
- assistance communications: for the time necessary for the management of the request and the protection of the parties;
- marketing data: up to the revocation of the consent or to the termination of the purpose;
- cookies and tracking data: according to the durations indicated in the banner and in cookie settings.
16. Rights of the interested party
In cases provided by the GDPR, the interested party can ask:
- access to your data;
- rectification or update;
- cancellation;
- treatment limitation;
- opposition to treatment;
- data portability;
- revocation of consent;
- information on recipients and international transfers.
The interested party can also propose complaint to the authority for the protection of personal data.
17. How to exercise rights
Requests can be sent to info@fuzion.it, indicating the data necessary to correctly identify the interested party and request. Fuzion can request additional information when necessary to verify the identity of the applicant.
Requests are managed within the time required by the applicable legislation.
18. Third party data
Those who communicate third party personal data guarantees to be authorized to do so and assume responsibility for their correctness and lawfulness.
19. minors
Purchase services are intended for subjects that can validly conclude a contract. FUCtion does not intentionally collect minor data for commercial purposes without an adequate legal basis.
20. Changes to the information
Fuzione can update this information to adapt it to regulatory, technical or organizational changes. The updated version is published on this page.
